The story
Louai Djaffer completed a master's in organisational management at the École nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz in 2003. In 2006 he co-founded Emploitic.com, an online recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers, and served as its CEO until 2022. By his account Emploitic became Algeria's leading recruitment platform, and the company reports more than 30,000 hirings a year, though it gives no date for that figure. He has also held CEO roles at eTalent Solutions and Novojob West Africa. In 2022 he moved from recruitment into HR software, co-founding Talenteo with Tarik Metnani and taking the role of CEO. Talenteo automates administrative and payroll tasks for companies, and its decision-support indicators help them keep track of what they spend on salaries.
