The story
Misha Hanin says he has spent more than 30 years leading digital transformation for governments, enterprises and critical infrastructure. His earlier roles include senior solutions architect at Compugen and head of technology at CAT Labs, and he has spoken on business and technology for Microsoft. He studied project management at the University of Winnipeg in 2011 and became a Microsoft Certified Master in Exchange Server 2010 in 2012. He later studied organisational design for digital transformation at MIT Sloan in 2020 and private equity and venture capital at Università Bocconi in 2023. He has co-founded and led DeepDive Research and iRangers International, and has led DeepDive World. He is now CEO and co-founder of UAE-based 31 CONCEPT, which describes its platform as deep packet inspection built from a clean slate. It aims to reveal information inside encrypted traffic and to adapt to flows generated by AI. By his account the company has raised $6 million in pre-seed funding and has a team of more than 50 experts across 14 countries.
