The story
Alexander Pinheiro Liakos is co-founder and CEO of Mifta, an AI-powered rental brokerage in Dubai, and was named one of MENA's Founding 30 for 2026. He began his career as one of the first hires at ThreeWire, a clinical-trial recruitment company later acquired by WIRB-Copernicus Group, then moved into venture capital, investing in early-stage US-based technology companies. He later founded a hospitality real estate venture in Mykonos, Greece, before joining Antler's founder program in Dubai, where Mifta was born. Today he is rebuilding how people rent homes, bringing search, viewings, negotiation, paperwork and payment into one seamless digital journey.
