The story
Saleh Al-Ghamdi studied marketing at Jubail University College and business at SBS Swiss Business School, and took short courses at Wharton in 2017, Harvard Extension School in 2019 and INSEAD in 2022. He says he has worked in technology since 2014, mostly in business development and investment. His roles have included general manager for Saudi Arabia at Lean Technologies, head of partnerships at EMKAN Finance and senior product marketing manager at Foodics. By his account, he also built and managed a MENA investment syndicate that invested in 29 technology startups, and has helped hire more than 90 people across his teams. In March 2025 he became co-founder and CEO of Ghanem, a Saudi proptech platform offering fractional ownership in income-generating properties. The company says the platform is integrated with the Saudi Real Estate Registry to support ownership processes and is part of the Real Estate General Authority's regulatory sandbox. In November 2025 Ghanem announced a $7.1 million funding round from Al-Romaih Group.
