Brands for Less: Toufic Kreidieh
Founding MENA · 0:59
Brands For Less started with $10,000 and a store in the underground car park of a Beirut building.
Toufic Kreidieh’s idea was simple: buy excess stock fashion brands needed to clear, then sell it for less.
Getting those brands to say yes was the hard part.
Most initially turned him down. But once the first batches sold out, suppliers started sending entire containers.
From there came Dubai, more than 120 stores, and eventually a $1.2 billion valuation.
In 2024, TJX, the company behind TJ Maxx, acquired 35% of Brands For Less.
