The story
Mehrshad Pezeshk studied at ASTON École Informatique and IESA. He co-founded Studio LOL in Paris as its CTO and, by his account, grew the agency from two developers to 20 engineers. He went on to found DPM Engineering, where he says he built a team of 40 engineers and delivered more than 100 projects for clients in Europe and North America. As co-founder and CTO of AloPeyk, since acquired, he reports scaling to more than 100,000 daily deliveries across eight cities and raising more than $20 million, and says the company reached profitability. He was also co-founder and CTO of FlashBox. In 2024 he co-founded Boxy, which aims to bring Iraq's fragmented courier sector into a single shipping platform that gives merchants real-time shipping options. In August 2025 Wamda reported that Boxy had received a $1.5 million pre-seed investment from EQIQ, and that its merchant count had doubled in the previous month.
